# Add New Listing

### 1. Add Listings in the Backend (Admin Dashboard)

1. Open **Listings** → **Add New Listing**. Enter **Title/Description** and choose the owning dealer in **Author**.
2. Complete **Quick Info** using established taxonomies and verified **Year, Mileage, Owner, VIN, Engine Size, Seats** and **Cylinder.**
3. Complete **Price** with numeric regular, optional sale/monthly values and a supportable **Badge**; preview sale precedence.
4. Complete **Overview**, **Engine & Transmission**, and **Technical** fields, including units in text fields.
5. Select accurate child **Features**. Add optimized **Gallery/feature media** with the strongest five first.
6. Add a valid **Video URL**, up to two safe public PDFs, and accurate **Map location**/**address**/**coordinates**.
7. **Publish.**

### 2. Frontend Listing Submission (Dealer Dashboard)

1. Arrange enabled/required sections under **N3Auto Options → Listing → Submit**; configure media count/type/size in **General**.
2. Sign in as a dealer and open **Dashboard** → **Submit Listing**.&#x20;
3. Enter the required **Title**, then complete **Basic/Quick Info, Description, Price, Engine, Technical**, and accurate child **Features**.
4. Use numbers only for **prices** and type units in specification text. Upload optimized images.
5. Add only public **video/PDF files**, then enter and verify **Location**, **Address**, **Latitude**, and **Longitude**.
6. Review sections, required markers, errors, and omitted optional values; submit and verify moderation status and package counters.
7. **Submit Listing.**
